Today, Vantage is launching support for Claude Enterprise costs, expanding Vantage's existing Anthropic integration beyond the Claude API to cover spend and usage across Claude Code, Cowork, Chat, Office Agent, Claude in Chrome, and Claude Design. Vantage now ingests daily per-user cost and consumption data from the Claude Enterprise Analytics API, surfacing it in Cost Reports alongside every other provider and broken out by product, model, user, inference region, context window, and speed.

Previously, Vantage's Anthropic integration connected to the Claude Usage and Cost API, which only reports spend on direct API calls to api.anthropic.com. Subscription-based Claude products, such as Claude Code, Cowork, and Claude.ai, were not exposed by that API and therefore could not be tracked in Vantage. For enterprises who use Claude across engineering, product, and operations teams, the largest and fastest-growing portion of their Anthropic bill was invisible: per-seat subscription spend and the consumption underneath it sat outside the cost tooling that covers AWS, GCP, Azure, and the rest of their SaaS stack.

Now, Anthropic Enterprise customers can connect their Claude Enterprise Analytics API key to Vantage and see their costs and consumption of Claude products alongside their other AI and infrastructure spend. Claude Enterprise Primary Owners can connect a Claude Enterprise Analytics API key to Vantage in a new “Claude Enterprise (claude.ai)” section of the Anthropic integration page. Once provided, Vantage pulls Claude.ai cost and usage every day and surfaces it in Cost Reports alongside every other provider. Data is broken out by product (Claude Code, Cowork, Chat, and more), model, user, region, and token type. These are then available for filtering, grouping, and allocation across Cost Reports, Virtual Tags, Budgets, and more.

1. What is being launched today?

Vantage is expanding the Anthropic integration to include the Claude Enterprise Analytics API, adding support to view cost and usage data of Claude products such as Claude Code, Cowork, Claude.ai (Chat), Office Agent, Claude in Chrome, and Claude Design, at daily, per-user granularity. The existing Claude API cost integration is unchanged.

2. Who is the customer?

Vantage customers on a Claude Enterprise plan with users consuming Claude products. The Enterprise Analytics API is only available to Claude Enterprise organizations; Team and individual plans are not supported for this API.

3. How much does this cost?

There is no additional cost for the Claude Enterprise integration; however, Anthropic costs will be included in quota tier enforcement. In the event that your Claude Enterprise costs push you over your current tier limit, you may be prompted to upgrade. For more details on pricing, see the Pricing page.

4. How is this different from the existing Anthropic integration?

The existing integration uses the Claude Usage and Cost API and only covers spend on direct calls to api.anthropic.com (i.e., developers and applications calling Claude programmatically). It does not include Claude Code, Cowork, or Claude.ai subscription consumption. The new Claude Enterprise Analytics integration covers all Claude surfaces inside an Enterprise organization and reports cost per user, per product, per model. Customers running both direct API workloads and Enterprise subscriptions should connect both integrations.

To identify which costs come from which endpoint, you can use the anthropic:billing_source tag added to Anthropic costs.

5. How does it work?

Claude Enterprise Primary Owners can create a Claude Enterprise Analytics API key (with the read:analytics scope) in Claude.ai and add it in Vantage. From there, Vantage automatically pulls your Claude.ai cost and usage once a day. Cost and token usage show up together, so one report tells you both what a team spent on Claude Code and how many tokens they used.

6. What Anthropic permissions are required?

A Primary Owner on your Claude Enterprise organization creates a Claude Enterprise Analytics API key with the read:analytics scope. The key is read-only and scoped to analytics; it cannot send messages, create users, or modify the organization.

7. What permissions are needed within Vantage?

You must have a Vantage Owner or Integration Owner role to add or remove the Claude Enterprise integration.

8. What dimensions can I filter and group by?

You can filter and group by:

• Billing Account (Org ID of your Anthropic organization)
• Account (the account name you set when connecting)
• Service (the specific Claude model, like Claude Sonnet 4.6)
• Category (the Claude.ai product the spend came from, such as Claude Code, Cowork, Chat…)
• Subcategory (input, cached, output, and cache-write tokens)
• Resource (the person the spend is attributed to, by email)
• Region (the inference region where the usage ran)
• Charge type (usage, plus a separate Discount line whenever your discounted price differs from list)

The following provider tags are also available to filter, group, and build Virtual Tags on:

• anthropic:billing_source — the data source the row came from (admin for the Claude API, analytics for Claude.ai)

9. If I have discounted rates, is that reflected in my Vantage cost data?

Yes, Anthropic reports both list price and your discounted price. You are able to turn this on and off using the “Discounts” toggle in Cost Report settings.

10. How fresh is the Claude Enterprise cost data?

Vantage ingests from the Claude Enterprise Analytics API daily.

11. Can I view Usage data for Claude Enterprise products?

Yes, usage data is available for all products, measured in tokens.

12. How far back does it go?

When you connect, Vantage backfills historical data as far back as January 1, 2026—the earliest date Anthropic makes available—or to your account's configured retention period, whichever is more recent.

13. Does cost data include tax?

As with the existing Anthropic integration, tax is not included in the cost data reported by Vantage.

14. Does Vantage see any prompt or response content?

No. Only usage metadata—token counts, request counts, product, model, user IDs, and cost—is ingested. No prompts, completions, or conversation content cross from Anthropic into Vantage.

15. Can I connect this alongside the existing Anthropic API integration?

Yes. The two integrations are independent: the Claude API integration covers direct API spend; the Claude Enterprise Analytics integration covers Claude Code, Cowork, Chat, and the other Claude.ai products. Both feed the same Anthropic provider in Vantage, and you can view them together or filter a Cost Report to just one source. To filter, add a filter for the anthropic:billing_source tag and select admin for the Claude API or analytics for Claude.ai.

16. What about Claude on Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex?

Claude usage routed through Bedrock or Vertex is already captured under the customer's AWS or GCP cost integration in Vantage; the Anthropic Enterprise Analytics API only covers consumption billed directly by Anthropic.
