Vantage Launches Support for ElevenLabs Costs
Track voice generation consumption and costs alongside your broader AI and cloud infrastructure spend.

Today, Vantage announces support for ElevenLabs cost and usage data, giving customers the ability to track voice generation consumption and costs directly in Vantage. Customers can enable the integration in account settings by providing an ElevenLabs API key. Once connected, Vantage automatically ingests ElevenLabs usage and cost data, allowing customers to monitor credit consumption by voice and model, set budgets, detect spend anomalies, and allocate AI voice costs alongside their broader cloud infrastructure.

ElevenLabs is a voice AI platform that powers capabilities like text-to-speech, speech-to-text, dubbing, and voice cloning—services Vantage customers may run as part of their broader infrastructure footprint to build voice features into applications, customer support workflows, content pipelines, or internal tools. Previously, Vantage customers using ElevenLabs relied on manual exports from the ElevenLabs console or custom scripts against the ElevenLabs API to understand their voice generation spend. This made it difficult to catch cost spikes in time, allocate voice costs to the teams or products driving them, and view ElevenLabs spend alongside the rest of the AI and cloud stack in a single report.
Now, with the launch of ElevenLabs cost support in Vantage, customers grant Vantage read access via an ElevenLabs API key, and Vantage will automatically ingest their costs to display alongside their other infrastructure costs. Vantage retrieves detailed usage and cost data from the ElevenLabs usage API, including costs broken down by voice, model, and product type. Customers can see how much usage is attributed to specific voices or workflows, track the cost impact of different ElevenLabs models, and include voice generation costs in existing Virtual Tags, Budgets, and Anomaly Detection.
The ElevenLabs integration is now available to all Vantage customers. To connect, go to the Integrations page in account settings and select ElevenLabs. You can learn more via the ElevenLabs section in Vantage's documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is being launched today?
Vantage is launching native support for ElevenLabs cost and usage data. Customers can now connect ElevenLabs via an API key, enabling automatic ingestion and visibility of voice generation costs in Vantage.
2. Who has access to this integration?
The ElevenLabs integration is available to all Vantage customers across all subscription tiers.
3. How much does this integration cost?
There is no additional fee for using the integration. However, ElevenLabs costs will be included in quota tier enforcement. If your ElevenLabs costs push you over your current tier limit, you may be prompted to upgrade. See the Pricing page for details.
4. How does Vantage technically integrate with ElevenLabs?
Vantage uses an ElevenLabs API key to ingest usage and cost data from the ElevenLabs usage API. This key must have read access to Workspace Analytics, with optional read permissions for Voices in order to enrich Voice IDs into Voice Names. After providing your API key, Vantage begins ingesting data from the Usage Analytics API, which includes cost and credit consumption broken down by voice, model, and service type.
5. What permissions are required on the ElevenLabs side?
You must have access to create API keys in ElevenLabs, specifically with read access to Workspace Analytics and Voices. It is best practice to use a dedicated API key for Vantage and rotate it per your organization's security policy.
6. What permissions are needed within Vantage?
You must have a Vantage Owner or Integration Owner role to add or remove the ElevenLabs integration.
7. What permissions does Vantage have in my ElevenLabs account?
Vantage has read-only access to usage and cost data via the API key you provide. Vantage cannot create voices, initiate generation requests, or perform any actions that incur costs in your ElevenLabs account.
8. What dimensions can ElevenLabs costs be filtered and grouped by?
ElevenLabs reports support aggregating and filtering on the following dimensions:
- Billing Account (ElevenLabs organization entered during API key collection)
- Service (Model Name, e.g., Eleven Turbo v2, Eleven Multilingual v2)
- Category (e.g., Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Voice Library)
- Resource (Voice Name, e.g., Tiffany - Realistic Conversations, Jennifer - Hyper-realistic, Antonio - Confident, Gentle and Clear)
- Tags - access the following attributes via Provider Tags in Vantage:

9. Does Vantage show Resource ID for ElevenLabs resources?
Due to restrictions for the ElevenLabs API, Vantage can only collect up to 3 dimensions at a time when calling the Usage Analytics API. Due to this limitation, Vantage is not able to get costs at the Resource level. We encourage customers to raise this limitation to their ElevenLabs account team, and if lifted, Vantage will add further granularity to the available data.
10. Can I view usage data for ElevenLabs?
Yes. Usage data is available for ElevenLabs, measured in credits.
11. Are there Active Resources for ElevenLabs?
No. There are no Active Resources to monitor for ElevenLabs.
12. How often does ElevenLabs data refresh in the Vantage console?
ElevenLabs data refreshes daily in the Vantage console.
13. What happens if I remove the ElevenLabs integration?
If you remove your ElevenLabs integration from Vantage, all associated costs will be removed from the Vantage console.
14. How far back will the data go?
Vantage imports up to six months of historical ElevenLabs cost data upon initial connection. Ongoing retention follows your Vantage data retention settings.
15. Can I have multiple ElevenLabs account integrations?
Yes. You can connect multiple ElevenLabs accounts, each with its own API key, as separate integrations in Vantage.
16. I have custom ElevenLabs pricing. Do you support this?
Yes, when adding your API key, under the Credit Rate section, select the Use my own negotiated rate toggle, and enter your rate in USD per 1,000 credits.
17. Does Vantage store any prompt or voice content?
No. Vantage only ingests billing metadata—credit counts, model usage, and costs. No voice audio or text content is ingested or stored.
